• Early Bird Registration - (Until June 3, 2026) ~ $795
• Regular Registration - (June 4 – July 24, 2026) ~ $895 / Guest Passes increase by $40
• On–Site Registration - (on or after July 25, 2026) ~ $995 / Guest Passes increase by $60

Cancellation and Refund Policy
IMPORTANT: All registered attendee name changes and/or refund requests for the Event registration fee, hands-on sessions and/or a la carte tickets must be made in writing by email to Robin at RobinJ@hgmp.com.
Cancellations received on or before June 30, 2026, will be refunded 100% of the cost of the item cancelled, less a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellations received between July 1–14, 2026, will be refunded 50% of the cost of the item cancelled, less a $25 administrative fee.
Refunds will NOT be available for cancellations made on or after July 15, 2026, or for no-shows.
