Lisa Filice is the President and CEO of Regional Farms, Inc., a flower shipper of cut flowers and greenery established in 1982 and located in Northern California. She has been involved in the floral industry for over 25 years, previously working in Sales and Administration for Wayne's Wholesale and Regional Farms, Inc. before acquiring the company in 2011.
In addition to leading Regional Farms, Lisa owns Expressions Floral, a retail floral business specializing in weddings and special events throughout Northern California. Her passion for the floral industry extends beyond her businesses, as she has served on the CalFlowers board since 2013, actively supporting the growth and promotion of the floral industry.
