Monnaie Pepin has been serving CalFlowers membership since 2000, bringing over 24 years of experience to her role. As the Director of Administration and Events, she oversees the association's key operations, focusing on events, administration, and communications. Monnaie plans and executes all board meetings and member events, including the biennial Fun ‘N Sun Floral Convention and CalFlowers Member Appreciation Meetings. She also coordinates the association's participation in all floral industry events.
Monnaie ensures smooth daily operations by handling IT support and maintaining the digital infrastructure. She collaborates with the Marketing Committee to execute a cohesive PR plan and works with the Member Engagement & Communications Manager to maintain the Association's website and media content. Monnaie plays a crucial role in managing CalFlowers affiliate relationships. Dedicated to enhancing the association's impact and supporting its members, Monnaie serves as Vice President on the California State Floral Association’s Board.
